This case study explores how DMC implemented ARES PRISM project controls software to provide a systematic pathway for monitoring, controlling and forecasting projects. Since one of our overarching business goals is focused on creating value for our clients, managing projects more efficiently and cost-effectively is helping us achieve that. With ARES PRISM, we are able to make operational and financial improvements, speed up turnaround time, increase the accuracy of reporting, and optimize resources with reduced work duplication.
