Michal Jezioro is President & Managing Director of DMC Mining Services Ltd. Mr. Jezioro is an accomplished Operations and Strategy Executive with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry and is a seasoned leader with expertise in large-scale and complex international projects. His career in mining began with KGHM Europe as Regional Director, responsible for sales and operations throughout Central Europe. In 2010, he was promoted to launch KGHM Shanghai Copper Trading in China, with oversight to the entire Asian market and driving growth in the new region. In 2016, Michal was appointed to the Management Board of the KGHM Group as Vice President, and leveraging international experience in this role to oversee the company’s foreign assets, negotiating agreements with foreign subsidiaries and managing M&A transactions. In 2018, he became President and Managing Director of DMC. Mr. Jezioro holds Master’s Degrees in Management and in German Linguistics from the University of Wroclaw. He is fluent in German, English, Polish and Russian – speaks and understand basic Mandarin.

Mr. Jakubowski is an experienced manager and mining engineer with broad exposure on both underground and open pit mining projects. He has worked as a Senior Technical Services Advisor and as Head of Mining Unit, Foreign Assets for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., overseeing both operations and projects across Canada, USA and Chile. He brings to the role over 10 years’ experience in the mining industry. Mr. Jakubowski holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining & Civil Engineering, a Master of Applied Science in Mining Engineering & Geology and a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering & Geology from Wroclaw University.

Saira Hussain is Chief Financial Officer of DMC Mining Services. With over 15 years of experience in international finance, Ms. Hussain is a highly accomplished Chartered Professional Accountant, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role. Her skill set encompasses compliance, finance strategy, financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic planning. Throughout her impressive career, Ms. Hussain has held increasingly senior positions within renowned mining companies, including High River Gold Mines, Detour Gold Corporation, and Treasury Metals Inc. Her valuable contributions have consistently yielded exceptional results and added significant value to these organizations. Ms. Hussain's educational background is equally impressive, as she holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Laurentian University. This solid academic foundation, combined with her extensive practical experience, equips her with a well-rounded skill set and a comprehensive understanding of the finance industry. As CFO of DMC Mining Services, Ms. Hussain plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic growth. Her visionary leadership and meticulous attention to detail have been instrumental in the company's success.

Joan Beck

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Joan Beck is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of DMC Mining Services Ltd. As a member of DMC’s management team, Joan provides strategic legal advice on a company-wide basis including all aspects of mining services, financing, litigation management, regulatory, general corporate and commercial and employment law. An accomplished business lawyer with over 20 years of experience in private practice and in-house, Joan’s career began as an associate at a leading New York law firm. She worked as a securities law partner at two leading Toronto law firms advising publicly-traded companies on mergers and acquisitions, financings, regulatory matters and general corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on the mining industry. Ms. Beck holds a B.Sc. (Honours) from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University Law School, and a Masters of Laws (LLM) from New York University. She is called to the Ontario Bar and qualified to practice in New York.

Jim Foley is Vice President of Engineering at DMC Mining Services. In this critical role, he provides leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of all engineering assignments. With a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Foley brings a wealth of expertise in engineering and management, acquired through his involvement in various project types, with a specific emphasis on infrastructure projects supporting the mining, industrial, and public sectors. His portfolio includes the successful management of projects related both underground and surface mine development, shaft sinking, processing plants, remote airfields, mine site and access roads, bulk fuel storage facilities, diesel power generation, as well as industrial and institutional buildings, and water and wastewater facilities. As a licensed professional engineer, Mr. Foley holds certifications to practice in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories/Nunavut.

Sachin Patel is Vice President, IT at DMC Mining Services responsible for the implementation and management of innovative technology solutions, focusing on ensuring DMC IT infrastructure aligns with the company's strategic business goals. His leadership has been instrumental in not only fortifying DMC’s IT security, but also establishing robust IT governance protocols to ensure regulatory compliance. Since joining DMC in 2018, He has led numerous transformative projects, including adoption of cloud platforms, successful implementation, and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system across DMC Mining Services Ltd., enhancing operational efficiency and data insights that have significantly transformed the company's IT landscape. Prior to his tenure at DMC, he held a pivotal IT management role at Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd., where he spent over seven years leading enterprise-wide IT projects across multiple geographies. This experience allowed him to hone his skills in navigating complex IT environments and ensuring seamless integration across diverse business units. Sachin Patel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a PMP certificate, and numerous other IT related certificates.

Andrew Goodey is a distinguished safety leader who brings forth a wealth of experience and a strategic vision to fortify safety protocols and champion a culture of well-being within the organization. Andrew's academic foundation is rooted in Occupational Health and Safety Management, and he is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and a certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. This educational background, coupled with continuous professional development, forms the bedrock of Andrew's nuanced and innovative approach to safety. During his career of over two decades, Andrew has held pivotal safety leadership roles across diverse industries, including heavy civil construction, underground hard rock and open-pit mining, and ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) heavy construction. Mr. Goodey has successfully established internationally and provincially certified occupational management systems and his extensive expertise and experience align seamlessly with DMC’s global presence and diversified portfolio, allowing him to contribute to DMC Mining Services' strategic growth, ensuring the consistent delivery of projects, and championing the journey to Zero Harm.

Rob Mundy

Rob Mundy is Vice President, Raise Boring at DMC, and is responsible for all our Raise Mining services throughout all the regions we operate, including operations, safety, major purchases, planning and estimating for all of DMC’s Raise Bore activities. As one of the original and longest-standing employees, Rob brings over 35 years’ experience to the role, and manages DMC’s fleet as well as project delivery for our clients, including raise drill rebuilds and upgraded computerizing drill rod and cutter inventories. Projects have included raise boring in Ireland, Papua New Guinea, Turkey and North America. Mr. Mundy holds a BSc. Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Oscar Lira, General Manager of DMC Mining Services Chile, is a highly esteemed and experienced lawyer renowned for his multi-faceted approach to executive leadership. Mr. Lira joined DMC in 2022 and has since been instrumental in managing crucial operations and securing significant contracts, pivotal for the company's performance and growth in Chile. With a deep understanding of both operational and legal aspects, he effectively navigates commercial and corporate affairs. Prior to his tenure at DMC, he served as the Legal Manager at Codelco and held the position of Executive Manager for Legal and Corporate Affairs, as well as Deputy CEO at PHC. In these roles, Mr. Lira not only provided legal expertise but also engaged in legislative discussions, served on board directorships, and actively participated in trade associations. Mr. Lira's academic background further underscores his professional competence. He obtained his law degree from UCEN and expanded his knowledge by earning a degree in Global Corporate Directorate from Harvard Business School.

Michael Nixon is the General Manager for DMC Mining Services in the United States, bringing over two decades of experience in mining engineering and project management. He leads DMC’s U.S. operations, with a strong focus on safe execution, operational performance, and sustainable business growth. A qualified mining engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mining Engineering and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Nixon combines strong technical knowledge with disciplined project delivery. Since joining DMC in 2019, he has led a range of complex mining and underground construction projects in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. His experience includes managing technically challenging scopes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project execution to meet safety, schedule, and performance objectives. As General Manager, USA, Mr. Nixon is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of DMC’s U.S. business, supporting the continued expansion of the company’s project portfolio.
